2020 Heathcote Shiraz Number 2 (Extended Maceration) 375mLWe took the same batch of fruit and subjected it to four different winemaking treatments. This is the same wine as #1, except then is stayed on skins for a while after fermentation was done. This is known as "post ferment maceration." Compared to #1, I'd say this is slightly less aromatic, but has a more complex tannin structure. Note this is a 375mL bottle.
