Flying Pig Marathon ClassicThe Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon was first run in 1999 and is a 26. 2 mi (42. 2 km) race run the first Sunday of May. Its the third largest first time marathon in the United States and had nearly 5000 finishers. Total participation for all weekend events typically exceeds 30,000. The race starts and finishes downtown and also crosses into Northern Kentucky. It is a qualifying race for the Boston Marathon and one of the biggest annual events in town.

A Gold Standard

This was a purchase for my one year-old grandson. He became very engaged once we started using the book. He loves the sounds and looking at the pictures. The pictures are paper, so be careful sometimes they will rip easily if they turn the page . Also, until he gets a little older, I need to press the buttons for him as some of them are a little harder than others to push. Great way to start teaching words and having fun while doing it.
