Each restored German Pierburg Fuel Pump is first completely disassembled and inspected for viability in our workshop. Next, it's ultrasonically cleaned, taken down to bare metal and resurfaced. Frankly, as with other printers, I thought that I could use reconditioned cartridges with this printer. The first set I purchased was not recognized, thus I have had to purchase genuine products. The cartridges, also offering good color, do not last long. It's a trade-off between cost and quality.
